Diversity of origin is a strong value of the School, closely linked to its bi-disciplinary project. On this page, you will find an overview of the admission paths to our programs (engineering cycle, specialized masters) and to the IP Paris programs operated or co-operated by ENSAE Paris.

ENSAE Paris has a referent in charge of supporting students with disabilities (permanent or temporary) or suffering from a health problem that may affect their education.

The diversity of profiles is an asset and a strong value of ENSAE. The school continues to diversify its recruitment and aims to make its courses accessible to all applicants, regardless of their social background, through its policy of awarding scholarships and waiving fees based on social criteria, as well as by promoting upstream actions among high school students.

ENSAE Paris is committed to a responsible and supportive approach. For several years now, the School and its student associations have been developing sustainable development and social outreach initiatives in response to the major challenges facing society, and within it, higher education and the grandes écoles.

ENSAE Paris is the leading engineering school for data science, economics, finance and actuarial science. Its courses are accredited by the Commission des titres d'ingénieurs (engineering degree), by the Conférence des grandes écoles (specialized masters), and by the Institute of Actuaries (Actuary title).

Two bodies report to the school's management : the School Council, which is consulted on the positioning of the school, the general orientation of teaching, organization and operation, student recruitment procedures, relations with companies, and strategic alliances and partnerships; and the Teaching and Research Committee, which deals with the organization of teaching, studies and research, the teaching program, and the procedures for the awarding of degrees, and which sits as a jury or disciplinary board. In addition, the Board of Directors of GENES, which is the legal entity of the school, deliberates on financial decisions, the general organization of the school, as well as on all subjects involving legal decisions, such as the definition of tuition fees or changes in the terms of competitive examinations. Each of these bodies is composed of qualified personalities, staff and student representatives, and ex officio members representing the school's management, the supervisory authority (INSEE) and GENES. Finally, the GENES Scientific Council is consulted on the scientific orientations of ENSAE and CREST.

ENSAE Paris is regularly ranked among the best French engineering schools. On the international scene, the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, of which ENSAE Paris is a founding member, has made a remarkable entry into the world rankings.

Created over 80 years ago, ENSAE Paris has a unique pedagogical project combining a high level of expertise in applied mathematics, statistics and economic analysis.
