Supporting pedagogical innovation at ENSAE Paris and the professionalization of its students

The apprenticeship tax is a tax paid by companies to contribute to the financing of initial training. Our "apprenticeship tax" partners use this essential resource to support the professionalization and professional integration of our students.

Comment verser ma taxe d’apprentissage à l’ENSAE Paris en 2023 ?

The year 2023 is a year of complete change for the apprenticeship tax with the implementation of the law n°2018-771 for the freedom to choose one's professional future (JO of September 6, 2018) which reforms the financing of professional training and implements a transfer on January 1, 2022 of the collection of legal contributions for professional training and apprenticeship to the Urssaf network.

ENSAE Paris is authorized to collect the apprenticeship tax for the remaining 13%, through GENES (Groupe des Écoles Nationales d'Économie et Statistique), establishment code: (UAI EF) 0912381U.

Several adjustments must therefore be taken into account by taxpayers when paying the tax.

  • The levy

From 2023, the collection of the 0.09% (balance of the apprenticeship tax - ex 13%) will be deducted directly from companies via URSSAF/MSA on May 5 or 15, 2023.

Consult the declarant's guide: https://www.urssaf.fr/portail/files/live/sites/urssaf/files/documents/CFPTA-Guide_Declarant.pdf

  • The choice by the companies

The stage of choice by the companies of the establishments/organizations they wish to support will be done in a dematerialized way by means of the platform of allocation SOLTEA whose date of opening is fixed on May 25, 2023 until September 7, 2023

  • Disbursements to authorized institutions

From July 15, 2023, the funds collected by URSSAF will be transferred to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), which will transfer them to the authorized establishments, according to the companies' allocations, provisionally from July.

In order to facilitate the process, ENSAE Paris has joined forces with the AGIRES Développement teams, which have been working for nearly 30 years to facilitate contact between economic and educational players and thus guarantee a personalized, secure and transparent support system. An online tool will be made available to you to
- present the reform in detail
- assist you in your declaration and in the allocation of the funds transferred.
allow you to simulate the payment of the 0.09% of the apprenticeship tax

Step 1: the company calculates the amount of the payment it owes for the 13% (formerly outside the quota) to eligible establishments that offer initial technological and vocational training courses other than apprenticeships. It is calculated on the basis of the payroll for 2021.

There is no change in the scope of companies liable for payment.

The approval process for establishments is identical to the previous one with the publication of the prefectural lists.

In order to facilitate the process, ENSAE Paris has teamed up with AGIRES Développement. You can now simulate and pay the 13% of your institution's apprenticeship tax via the AGIRES portal.

Our biggest partners in the apprenticeship tax

The professions for which we prepare our engineering students, doctoral candidates and graduates of specialized masters programs are strategic for innovation and process optimization in all areas of society. Data scientist, actuary, financial expert, statistician, economist... ENSAE Paris' training combines scientific excellence with an entrepreneurial spirit through its courses, the school's dedicated events and our internal and external institutional partnerships.

We must therefore continue to adjust our teaching to the challenges of tomorrow, continue to diversify our pedagogical approaches, strengthen our students' awareness of innovation, and continue to recruit professors and researchers of the highest international standards.

To make all this possible, the School needs the contribution of economic players. The contribution to the training provided by ENSAE Paris is an investment in the future that can be transformed into a strategic partnership with our School. Companies have the opportunity to support our engineering school in its development objectives thanks to the apprenticeship tax but also several partnership formulas.
