Objective
This study aims to familiarise students with economic modelling. The approach adopted consists of studying a specific economic subject (chosen from a list), in a group supervised by a tutor, from a particular theoretical angle. This will involve studying academic articles and producing a literature review. Students may subsequently propose an attempt at a personal model of the subject being considered. The study culminates in a dissertation presenting the work done and the conclusions reached by the group, together with an oral presentation.
