Biographie

Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE, Philippe obtained his PhD in econometrics from EHESS. At the start of his career, he joined the economics department of the University of Chicago before returning to France to take charge of ENSAE studies and then head a research laboratory at CREST to which he continues to be affiliated. Researcher in economics and statistics turned entrepreneur, Philippe created several consulting companies before founding Veltys where he currently works with about thirty consultants on business strategy issues related to auctions, data strategy, artificial intelligence, competition and regulation.
